We’re sorry to hear that you had a problem with your order that caused you to want to get a refund or return it. 

Here are the acceptable reasons for Return or Refund: 

  • The Item does not match the online description.
  • The Product Is Damaged And/Or Defective.

For Returns

  • You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, (please contact us for address information) we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I have not received my order. What can I do?

If you haven’t received your order, please try the below options to solve the problem:

1. You can track your order with the tracking number given by us. 
If you find the tracking number is invalid, it may be because the shipping company needs 3 to 7 days to update the shipping status. 

2. Contact us for more information. 

3. If you didn’t receive your order, please click the Chat Now button to chat with our Customer Service Team.

The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, contact us to agree on a solution.

What will happen after I request a Refund?

After you request a refund, it gets 5 days to reply to your request. 

– If the refund is applicable, you will automatically get your refund. This can take between 3 to 15 working days.

–  If the refund is not applicable, you can propose a new solution. In this case, we will help you look into the matter and try to find a suitable solution.
